Chef Michael Mandato has added a new international flair to The Café, a culinary landmark for over 55 years. A wall of windows overlooks the ever-changing view of Newbury Street. This AAA Four Diamond rated restaurant features vintage photographs of celebrity guests including Elizabeth Taylor, Winston Churchill, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Benny Goodman, and Rodgers and Hammerstein. Executive Chef Michael Mandato and his culinary team have launched the new menus that reflect classic favorites with appealing surprises. The fresh New England flavors are accented by a subtle blending of Italian and French influences.
